The International Extranodal Lymphoma Study Group (IELSG) was established in 1998 with the purpose of improving understanding extranodal lymphoma. group's primary objective to bring together scientists from various institutions create a collaborative network for collecting data large number patients. This could then be used conduct individual studies focusing on specific tissues or organs affected by responsibility IELSG is develop and implement study protocols that identify novel treatments cures group aims current therapeutic standards lymphomas establish prognostic scoring systems precise response criteria different presentations.
